Tomorrow morning I will be on MSNBC’s The Daily Rundown with Chuck Todd on the “Meet the Candidates” segment. I’m excited to share my conservative agenda and discuss the current issues facing Florida. I will also be giving updates on the current state of the Senate race. I support the right of the Catholic Church, guaranteed by the First Amendment of the Constitution, to freely exercise its religion. Obamacare is wrong on many levels, including forcing religious institutions to violate their own teachings. The Obama Administration should exempt faith-based institutions from the contraception mandate. When I was in the US Senate, I fought and voted against Obamacare while Bill Nelson was its passing vote. When I return to Washington, I will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Catholic bishops and fight with them to overturn Obamacare and its unconstitutional mandates.
